Todd Courser throws chaff into the air hoping the shiny things will make us forget his scandals

by

Last night Todd Courser posted a cryptic “I’ll be posting a statement int he morning” on his Facebook page. As the world waited impatiently for his latest word salad, some begged and pleaded with him to issue a resignation statement.

That was not to be the case (though if Courser ever does decide to resign, my money is on him doing it on Facebook since he’s too much of a coward to do it in a press conference, judging by his behavior so far.)

So, what was the big news? He’s calling for an investigation by Attorney General Bill Schuette over the purchase of the Capitol View Office building.

I know. You’re stunned. “What sex scandal?” you’re thinking. “This is the truly big news, not that whole ‘had an affair then tried to cover it up with a false flag email then tried to convince us he’s being blackmailed’ thing.”

The funny part is that his letter to Bill Schuette is dated July 2nd. On the last page was a handwritten comment:

This is the letter that was supposed to be sent to the AG But didn’t get sent due to staff issues @ that moment.

Todd

“Staff issues”? Is that what the kids are calling it these days?

This guy…
