Eclectablog photographer Anne Savage’s work featured on The Rachel Maddow Show, Huffington Post

by

Anne’s photos of the nearly all-white crowd attending the opening of the Michigan Republican Party’s African American outreach office in Detroit have gotten picked up nationally. Yesterday they appeared in the top story on the Huffington Post by Amanda Terkel along with a link back to our coverage here at Eclectablog.

Then, last night, during the Debunktion Junction segment on The Rachel Maddow Show, her photos were used to show the lily white crowd again.

Here’s the video:

It’s great exposure for Anne’s terrific work and, of course, nothing makes us happier than to hear Rachel Maddow call us the “Awesome Michigan politics site, Eclectablog”.

By the way, if you are interested in see more of Anne’s work, check out her political photos website HERE and stop by the Michigan Democratic Party’s Facebook page. They have hired Anne to shoot photos for them.
