Jennifer Granholm’s response to Mitt Romney’s birther remark is a doozy

Go, Jen!

One punch and she puts him on the ground.

this absolutely rocks!!! will spread the word

Easy to make comments when you aren’t running for a public office and have nothing to lose.

Especially when they are true and fair.

It is easy. Because 1) she ran that state, so she knows what she’s talking about, and 2) when you’re not running for office, you can speak the truth without worrying about offending sensitive & insecure people, or the people that fund your campaign.

So I guess all the surrogates that Romney uses should keep their mouths shut as well. I mean its only fair seeing as how they are not running for public office.

  • Mike

Just like Obama. Blaming someone else for the mess she made for way too long.

  • Curtis

Nothing like the truth! I Romney would knief his own home in the back, just think what he would do to the nation!

The folks in Wisconsin might like to ask Paul Ryan the same question.

    • http://twitter.com/Spazaru Murray Passarieu

Ryan voted for the auto bailout I believe, not that it makes the rest of his middle class destroying agenda any more palatable.

Ryan never met a spending bill he didn’t like–well, maybe one or two exceptions. Look over his voting record.

The folks in Wisconsin have Ryan’s twin, Scott Walker, as their governor. There are a LOT of questions that need to be asked!

  • gerryruth

For a non-Michiganite, what is she talking about?

    • http://eclectablog.com Eclectablog

Romney wrote a New York Times editorial titled “Let Detroit Go Bankrupt”, arguing against government loans to save the domestic auto industry. Those loans literally kept GM and Chrysler from going under and Mitt Romney advocated AGAINST them at a time when our state was at its lowest point economically.

    • Hobbes83

She was the governor of Michigan for eight years. Your comment is nothing more than a red herring.

    Bam!
