President Obama at the Henry Ford museum in Dearborn, MI

One quick photo.

Okay, one more. My wife Anne with the president. She was the official photographer for the event. She’s holding the Person of the Year issue of Time magazine where her two-page photomosaic of then President-elect appeared. And, yes, he signed it.

By the way, this photo was taken with Anne’s camera by White House photographer Pete Souza. Totally not kidding.

Here’s Souza in action:

So totally cool!  Your wife is a great photographer!  She’s also cute and has a lot of hair (okay, I’m being a smart ass but she is pretty.)  I’m so glad that she got this recognition ♥

  • Awesome! Must’ve been so cool for her to get to meet him.

Well…have your feet hit the ground yet? An experience I know you both will savor & (hopefully) share. One could only imagine a series of events that would lead to Pete Souza taking a photograph of Anne and President Obama with her own camera. Would have loved to be a mouse in the car on the way home.

    • I don’t Anne slept for more than a couple hours last night : )

  • how Cool!!!

  • Very cool.  Does Anne have more pics of the event inside the museum and while the President was on stage that she would share? .  I’d like to look them over and see if i can spot my son, a Secret Service Agent.
