Tea Party Troy Mayor Janice Daniels disrespects Distinguished Citizen awardee Mary Kerwin, arguing with her during award ceremony

Janice Daniels: too stupid to govern

Tea Party Mayor of Troy, Michigan and all around embarrassment to the state of Michigan, Janice Daniels, is in the news again for once again displaying an astonishing level of ineptitude and stupidity. I have written about Daniels multiple times in the past and it’s hard to say which of the highly offensive and insulting things that she has done is the worst. This instance certainly must be a top contender.

At a recent ceremony to recognize an amazing community member, Mary Kerwin, she chose instead to disrespect her by arguing with her before presenting her a Proclamation of Recognition for being the Troy Distinguished Citizen of the Year for 2012.

I’m not kidding. More after the jump.

Facing the music

Despite two absurd attempts to have petition signatures thrown out, Tea party Troy Mayor Janice Daniels will officially face a recall in November.

Daniels, shown right with deejay Thayrone “your audio g-spot will now be massaged by the mink glove of soul” X, challenged the petitions based on corrections not being initialed by the circulator (not required) and because signers didn’t include their zip code (also not required.)

Troy Mayor Janice Daniels gets smacked down on multiple fronts, recall language approved

Let me go crazy, crazy on you…

Homophobic tea partier and Troy, MI mayor Janice Daniels has demonstrated her woo-hoo inanity in such a public fashion recently that she’s beginning to get into a hole too deep to dig out of.

The hilarity began when, on January 7th, in violation of city council rules limiting discussion by council members on single issue to five minutes, she read a rambling and nearly comical screed ranting against the transit center the council had recently approved.

Here’s a sampling. Hang on to your hats.
