We’re all in this together. Of course, I’m talking about anyone who didn’t vote for Donald Trump (and probably a few people who did, but now regret it). But I’m also talking about the work we do here at Eclectablog. You see, we literally can’t do it without you.
Chris Savage, our fearless leader, does an amazing job of keeping ads to a bare minimum on the site, and I know we all appreciate a lack of annoying pop-up ads. But that means we rely on our supporters for donations to help keep the site running. In addition to paying his writers — something many, many blogs and even some major outlets don’t do — Chris and LOLGOP have launched an amazing podcast, “The Sit and Spin Room with LOLGOP and Eclectablog,” which brings incredible guests and hilarious commentary to the microphone and into your home every week.
But doing all of this costs money. And especially in these troubled times, independent journalism is more important than ever. For those of us who want to fight back against the outrageous behavior of our country’s current leadership, staying well-informed about everything from policies to protests is essential.
