Mitt Romney’s 3rd grade campaign team brings their “most excellent race” to Cleveland, Ohio

Kids will be kids…

As wrote about earlier today, the third graders that are in charge of Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign used the time-honored and highly professional campaign tactic of driving around their opponent’s campaign rally honking the horn on their bus.

My wife, Anne, caught up with their bus parked strategically under an incredibly ironic billboard.

Yes, folks, the Romney campaign’s Third Grade Express truly brought their “most excellent race” to Cleveland today.

No word on if they hung their bare asses out the windows or yelled “Nana nana boo-boo” while sticking out their tongues, crossing their eyes, and wiggling their fingers in their ears. I’ll update as we get more information.

I had the same image come into my mind when I heard about Romney’s little bus trip to OH. He wasted gas going to OH to park a bus on the side of the road! I’ve always thought that Romney had a preference for engaging in playground tactics, and this little stunt confirms it.

As someone who spent a good deal of her teenage and college years in Northwestern Ohio, I grew sick and tired of hearing Clevelanders (who were from the Northeast part of the state) brag about how great their city was. Even as they travelled to the Northwestern part of the state to attend my alma mater, I grew even more weary of their BS.
However, the citizens of Cleveland deserve better than what the Romney’s campaign is giving them. Honestly, is this the best they’ve got? Hello, Romney, Ohio is a purple state! You’re going to have to do better than this!
